You may find 68 degrees (20 Celsius) a bit chilly for swims, but this natural spring pool maintains a pleasant temperature and is a popular place to cool your senses after a long day at work. Gape upon its 60 tonnes of record players, reclaimed bicycle/ auto parts, mismatched crutches and all other waste raw materials that you can ever imagine or take a walk through its structural amalgamation which succeeds in enchanting children and adults alike.

Exploring the Scenic Barton Creek Greenbelt

With more than 190 miles of hiking and biking paths criss-crossing the city’s green belts, Austin lures outdoor lovers with the wooded riverside stretches of Barton Creek. Situated just a few minutes away from downtown, this amazing place makes you hike through myriad trails in its 809-acre nature reserve, explore natural swimming holes or click pictures of waterfalls, limestone cliffs and native vegetation beyond.
